I've received a payment, but I haven't setup my Payment Gateway - where is the money?

SYMPTOMS

No symptoms.

SOLUTION

If Payment Gateway tool has not yet been configured, you will receive an email from us notifying you that a payment was made and will contain a secure hyperlink in the body of the email, which once clicked on would display the customers credit card information on screen for you to run through your office terminal or virtual terminal with your credit card processing company.

If you do not have a third party merchant account of your own, we invite you to visit PayPal and setup you free account today. There is also no monthly charges to be a member of their service. PayPal charges you a small commission of each payment as your service fee, and it is very competitive to having a merchant account with a bank directly.

Our UK subscriber would use NoChex, the United Kingdom equivalent to PayPal.

To setup your Payment Gateway to work with either of these partners, please follow the steps below:

1. Login.

2. Find the menu section in black titled Tool Configuration.

3. Click on the hyperlink which says Payment Gateway.

4. Enter the email address associated with the payment processor local to your country.

5. Click the Update button.

Payments are not retroactive, so you on behalf of your customer, or your customer, must go back into the Payment Gateway now that it is correctly configured, and resubmit the payment information. Please inform your customer that they will not be billed for their previous submission.
