Whitelist Mail Server in Outlook

SYMPTOMS

No symptoms.

SOLUTION

To ensure that you receive all correspondences from your tools - please ensure our URL is added to your Safe Senders and Safe Recipients list, and not added to the Blocked Senders list.

Here's How:

Tools >> Options



Preference [tab] >> Junk E-mail [button]



Options [tab] >> Ensure that "Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of moving it to the Junk E-mail folder" is Unchecked.



Under Safe Senders [tab] >> Click Add [button] >> enter @intelligenceinc.com and click OK [button]



Under Safe Recipients [tab] >> Click Add [button] >> enter @intelligenceinc.com and click OK [button]



Under Blocked Senders [tab] >> ensure mailer@intelligenceinc.com and support@intelligenceinc.com and not listed. If they are, left click on them and click Remove [button]



Click Apply and send another test through your tools. Remember to use a fake email address for the customers email address, so that your mail server does not see "FROM" and "TO" as the same, and delete the test email. Additional Resources or Open A Ticket with us.
