Whitelist Mail through Comcast


No symptoms.


The following information was provided directly from the support team of Comcast.

1) Login to the Web Mail at

2) Click on Known spam folder.

3) Click on Settings.

4) Once you click on settings, scroll down the page and at the bottom of the page you will find an option Delete emails from known spam automatically. You will find two options Yes and no. Select the Radio button no.

5) Click save.

If email is still received as spam, click on known spam folder and select the email message and click on this is not a spam button.
